Arlo vs. TelebuJoin

Its probably better suited for home-use rather than in a large office setting. Fortunately, my suite is less than 2000 sq ft so it's not much of an issue. It allows downloading and can be used amongst other managers or IT staff and the likes. I dont use any for outside.

TelebuJoin is a good competitor in the market with other software like Teams, Google Meet, Cisco Webex. TelebuJoin has some good features like hand raising, Live chat, Screen sharing, file sharing, Participate permission. This has an easy interface but it needs improvement in the video quality and sound quality. In some cases I also found that it requires perfect internet strength.

• They should add power and connection monitoring to alert when a devices is offline.
• They could add PoE

TelebuJoin is a good product but in some of the cases it does not fulfill the expectations of the user, what does a user need from any software? they need good pricing, good quality and interface. TelebuJoin has a good interface but quality-wise it is having a problem. As earlier mentioned that this having Video and Audio quality is not good.

I have only had to contact them one time, and they were responsive and professional. It is difficult to give a rating on this unless you actually have an issue. This is the reason for a 9 out of 10. I can not give a perfect rating if I never had an opportunity to truly experience something.

Im still comparing and so far Synology is a better choice for its clarity and ease of use.

• It's been positive overall using Arlo.
• They seem to respect privacy more than their competition.
• Haven't had any issues with the models we use.
