I use Arlo exclusively at home offices to protect home environments. They're very easy to deploy and set up plus virtually maintenance free.

- It's been positive overall using Arlo.

Arlo is great for home office video monitoring. Meraki is more geared toward enterprise. Both work equally well for what they are designed for but Meraki has more advanced features that businesses might need.
