athenaOne is well suited to financial reporting as it allows a high degree of flexibility to create custom reporting and is very responsive when looking into claims data at a high level of detail. I'm able to create different custom reporting groups and departments that allows me to record financial results in a way that matches our objectives.

Usability
Overall, athenaOne is customizable to support our reporting objectives. I'm able to define my own departments and groupings to report in a way that is needed by our org. However, it can struggle with large queries of data. If I need a report that has a lot of historical data, the system can crash while running the report.
