The tool has potential. Its capabilities and visual aspects could be considered rather basic but this might improve, particularly if the business intelligence/analytics aspect is leveraged. Once running well, it could allow (perhaps smaller) companies to successfully improve their customers' experiences through digitalizing customer journey - and we all know that customer loyalty goes a long way. However, whether or not the tool is comprehensive enough to deliver this for larger companies with more complex, multi- and omni-channel interactions is yet to be seen...

Softr has all it takes to revolutionize most companies backoffice creating customized "micro saas" that brings a lot of productivity and digitalize most proceses. Since it is very easy to use, any user can take control of the application develpment and that is very powerfull. If you have application that will have a lot of users, Softr may not be the best option for you because of the pricing.

Built a application integrating an ERP without any need to code and the application build can be replicated without any additional effort for a different client. The pricing model is suitable for enterprise companies and the adoption is simpler. sterlo supports on-premise service as most No-Code platforms usually does not support on-premise. This helps a lot for enterprise companies to retain their data security.

Softr is for anyone. It can easily take you from a newbie to a builder. You can have a quick start using the templates and then start customizing them to your special needs. If you work with Airtable as a data base then you are in great waters since both applications integrate perfectly with each other.

• For more mature market players the tool is not always comprehensive enough. Dashboard and report personalization take time and efforts, and sometimes it feels that a dedicated BI tool would be a more suitable solution.
