  • Every system has some room for improvement. But no major issues were found, so it’s completely fine.
  • he system comes with many features and is easy to use, but it still requires some form of training to use it to the fullest and get maximum advantages.
  • Every staffing agency business has different needs and requirements. iSmartRecruit helps us to do that. Very quick to respond to requests. Sometimes, it may take more time if the requirement is complex.

  • It's eliminated the need to hire additional administrative staff. This is the single biggest savings.
  • It has saved a lot of time that allows us to spend more of our time and resources responding to clients and candidates. Our clients and candidates feel we are more service-oriented and different than our competition. We've received referrals this way. Difficult to measure - but definitely huge items.
