• Automatic logging of meetings into HubSpot CRM on the correct contact records.
• Transcription of call recordings and assignment of transcription to the correct speakers.
• Ability to easily share snippets with external users.

It was easy to set up and get started, as well as connect to our CRM and our Zoom account and Outlook calendar. However it's not perfect because we have had trouble with meetings not getting recorded when our Zoom meetings storage got full. We figured it out in the settings later.

It is a tool that has been of great help from the first moment we used it for providing collaboration, growth, and better performance of our colleagues. teamwork is pleasant and the results are highly positive.
