Overall Satisfaction with Avoma

A lot of times it is hard to capture notes when talking to clients and the note taking feature is very helpful so that I can refer to it post meeting and add it in my CRM. Plus the recording feature is very much helpful to comeback and review the entire meeting.

Pros

  • Taking notes during meetings
  • Meeting discussion transcript

Cons

  • Transcription needs improvement. Especially tagging the person properly with the statements
  • Notes section gives a brief of what are the deliverables. And accordingly plan the next action items.
It is easy to use. It calendar option makes it easy to navigate and find a meeting and the details in it. The Notes section and the highlighter of discussion with the time stamps is very helpful to jump to that point of discussion.

Note taking during meetings. And post meeting to review the recording and transcription so you don't miss any details of the discussion. I would always go back and refer to the meeting recording as it is very handy to view what has happened in the past meeting.
