Overall Satisfaction with Avoma
We use it to auto-record all of our discovery meetings in pre-sales and all of our onboarding & implementation meetings in post-sales services. It's been incredible in terms of saving our team time, letting us focus on running effective calls and less focus on note taking & creation of follow up emails.
Pros
- Automatic logging of meetings into HubSpot CRM on the correct contact records.
- Transcription of call recordings and assignment of transcription to the correct speakers.
- Ability to easily share snippets with external users.
Cons
- I think the interface is a little bit busy.
- Meeting recordings won't happen if you use the Zoom recording feature & run of space in your Zoom account.
- Custom meeting outputs.
- We spend 30% less time on meeting followup
- 50% less time spent note taking
- 25% less time catching other people up.
Selected Avoma because it came recommended from someone respected in the HubSpot partner ecosystem. I have heard great things about fathom and we previously used fireflies. We went with Avoma because of the HubSpot integration.
