We use it to auto-record all of our discovery meetings in pre-sales and all of our onboarding & implementation meetings in post-sales services. It's been incredible in terms of saving our team time, letting us focus on running effective calls and less focus on note taking & creation of follow up emails.

Pros

  • Automatic logging of meetings into HubSpot CRM on the correct contact records.
  • Transcription of call recordings and assignment of transcription to the correct speakers.
  • Ability to easily share snippets with external users.

Cons

  • I think the interface is a little bit busy.
  • Meeting recordings won't happen if you use the Zoom recording feature & run of space in your Zoom account.
  • Custom meeting outputs.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

A lot of times it is hard to capture notes when talking to clients and the note taking feature is very helpful so that I can refer to it post meeting and add it in my CRM. Plus the recording feature is very much helpful to comeback and review the entire meeting.

  • Transcription needs improvement. Especially tagging the person properly with the statements

  • Avoma is a wonderful platform that offers solutions for collaboration, saving time, and advancing projects. It offers tools such as real-time note-taking with time stamping and contextual linking to the recording of the meeting that can easily be heard later, with live dialers that help you not get distracted during the conversation.
  • I really like Avoma for being very easy to use, adjusting to our needs, being flexible, visually pleasing, and with end-to-end security where all our data is protected. It helps during meetings not to miss the key points of the conversation, it offers the option to integrate with favorite tools we already use like calendars, meeting apps, and bookmarks.

  • Avoma is a collaboration solution that among so many options and services focuses on providing its users with various solutions to increase collaboration and workflow in real-time. Based on AI, providing a high-level business service provides excellent features is one of the most complete platforms we have used.

Pros

  • calls are automatically recorded
  • being able to go back and watch my calls again to make sure I catch everything a customer is saying.
  • the transcript is so helpful to review the conversation and catch any missing details from the notes I take while on the call.
  • Being able to share video calls with team members

Cons

  • The formatting of the characters is limiting
  • The tagging can be a bit smarter to identify speakers and topics
