Another aspect we found very useful as an organization is how easy it is to upload documents during board meetings. It was able to fulfill our organization requirements and board members are very pleased with their experience with Convene. I think it makes sense for people who have multiple boards, groups, or committees. I don't think it makes sense if it is a small board that doesn't meet frequently and doesn't share documents online. I appreciate that I can allow/exclude members' access to certain documents depending on what committees they serve on. BoardEffect provides a seamless experience for storing Trustee information that we can pull for grant reporting. It is a centralized repository of contact and workplace information, demographics, terms, and Board roles. BoardEffect provides a very user-friendly experience for administrators.
