Basetool vs. Freshpaint

To quickly tag events of utmost importance - immediately be able to then monitor/pull data triggered by these events. Don't need to know anything technical/etc to do this, which is great for large companies in which stakeholders might not have in-depth skillset

• sometimes users are not identified - can take a fair amount of time to figure out why freshpaint can't 'see' them
