Much of the front-end employee onboarding is handled via a simple link. Further, when the employees have questions about their time, schedule, pay stubs, etc., they know they can log in to Workforce and 9 times out of 10 get the answer to their question. It has saved me a lot of time in that aspect.

• I suppose they could offer health insurance group coverage as their competitors do but I did not find any cost advantage when we had it priced out with another system
• The submit timeline is sometimes a problem because I need to submit at EST and that puts pressure on me to have done by 1 or 2 pm AZT.

• Time off requests can get a little confusing, especially for hourly employees who may not be scheduled for 8 hours, but the default time off is set to 8 hours. I wish it matched their schedules because I have to correct time balances a lot.

Very easy and intuitive to use. Easy to get people started without a steep learning curve. Able to track changes.

There was no place for me to track and store employees information. No HR back up. I had to email all the names and hours to my rep and hope I didn't forget anyone.

Quickbooks Online Payroll is so much simpler, better suited for business with regular salary or hourly employees that do not have different work schedules
