Likelihood to Recommend	BigChange In terms of accounting, our current accounting software Exchequer does not talk to BigChange, therefore there should be customized reports created to support it. The most complicated option is testing the report and understanding what is needed. The best job BigChange does is job related as described in previous questions. The desktop version is a big item that really could use an update. They also need to set up an alert system that will notify you when a tracker stops working. Other than that, it is an easy to use system. The trackers are easy to install and there are numerous reports that you are able to pull on demand. Great for IFTA tracking! Needs to be created to work with Macs as well. The trackers will stop working without notifying you. Would be nice if there was an alert when they were getting low or not reporting. Support Rating	BigChange No answers on this topic	Fleet Complete Sometimes it can take days to get through to support. It is also an inconvenience when you have to get a device replaced. First you have to call them to troubleshoot the device. Then they have to create the order, which then takes about another month to get to you. We utilized Teletrac for 3 years, and for a good two of those years, half of our devices would not work. It was a nightmare to try to get them replaced also.
