Additional DetailsPricing for software-as-a-service should be simple and straightforward. All you need as a starting point is to identify your business needs and which parts of the EHS software might be valuable to your organization. Once you know what you need out of the software, you must identify what safety training programs are needed and what amount of training is needed. There are three options for online courses: Pay-as-You-Go: This is perfect for companies that need a few courses here and there. You can pick and choose what you need from the entire library and pay for only what you use. Pre-Paid Codes: This is valuable when you need to purchase 50–100 seats or more. Simply reach out to our team with the specific details, and we can touch base with the content owner(s) for volume pricing discounts. All Access: This is by far the best value. You pay a set amount per person, per month and have unlimited access to a full package of online safety training programs. See examples below. Six sample pricing models are mapped out . Standard Full Featured LMS Pricing uses the Pay-as-You-Go model for course pricing. The Custom System Pricing allows you to pick and choose the various parts of the software that you are interested in using and calculates tailored pricing for your company instantly. The other 4 options offer all the system features and functionality, plus a comprehensive library of online safety training programs. For a package that includes courses only, or for a specific combination of courses and features, reach out to one of our team members for more details.

We have a large vendor who provide supplies as per the requirement. In order to maintain the supplier quality it was a need to supplier quality management tool where organisation people can raise the issue related to any goods or the supplier which can logged in the tool in form of non conformity. Once non conformity is raised it needs to be resolved by supplier with corrective action. Management of such incidents happens for us in the Intelex tool

Cons
No answers on this topic
  • When an employee is archived their information can no longer be pulled into a document via metatags. This is a flaw in the system and it would be valuable for this functionality to exist.
  • Better communication between Intelex and System Admins when upgrades are performed. They occasionally adversely affect the system and this lessens user confidence in the system.
  • Initial consultant was fantastic and response times were quick. The support ticket system is not as timely.

We just upgrade the document control application from V5 to V6. There are still quite a bit of issues left unresolved.
