Bizagi vs. Breakout (discontinued)

Permits dependence reduction on external IT suppliers, maximum value extraction from large/legacy systems, and business and IT collaboration. For big Companies, while an enterprise should expect to face a lot of difficulties, thus increasing the learning curve, while dealing with the platform's rollout the timeline to deploy is extensive.

Breakout is well suited for the organizations where there is need of automating multiple recurring process to increase the productivity and effectiveness. For our IT department it has helped us in assigning the support and assistance requests made by different departments to our team members, keep the checklist that they need to follow and easy to use form to collect details and track their status of work.

• Simple and easy to use interface
• Provides third party integrations
• Good support
• Brings in accountability
• Great for tracking

• Some minor things to improve but works pretty well. If you have an idea to improve Bizagi Modeler, you can post it on the Bizagi forum, and maybe, in a next release, you will find it realized. Yes, it happened to me.

• Android and iOS still not available

Try it and you will understand.

It is applicable in any complex process scenario- regardless of company function. Though it is very useful and customizable, it is best to be deployed by a centralized team or experts in BPMN and coding, as all of the customizing options can quickly overwhelm any citizien developer and lead to harmful results

The pricing/value proposition of the product compared to its competitors is very competitive.

The cost is reasonable, especially for what you get, and especially for this software segment.

Our organization had evaluated it for sometime, but it was on the higher side for the budget we had. Many of our departments used it for a while, even after the initial demo session many users from different departments had raised IT assistance requests. Keeping in mind these factors at hand we started exploring alternatives.

• it speeds up very much designing the workflows so we save time and money
