Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is used to create and design customer requirements and make processes, that is after they are accepted by the customer. Especially Bizagi Modeler as it is free - it helps to exchange processes with customers and collaborate to accept the final version of the processes. We do not go to Bizagi Engine, rather we use Bizagi Modeler.

Axure, Nintex Workflow Platform and Visual Studio IDE

We use Bizagi modeler as it is for free and enable to draw workflow, collaborate with the customer and help to exchange files with the customer.

Bizagi Modeler is perfect tool do design graphically how the workflow looks like. For us is working best to design process and responsible user per activity. It also helps very much with the export option because we after that generate documentation and part of the analysis. This analysis is accepted by the customer after this.
