Pros	BlueSnap Inc. Sufficiently good technical documentation. Good sandbox (though missing some features). Stable, works quite well. Continuously improving. Great webinars, information sharing. Cons	BlueSnap Inc. Launch support was lacking. They did help with initial setup but after that, it was tough to get questions addressed. Reporting is robust but complicated. Alternatives Considered	BlueSnap Inc. Merchant e solutions has a truly awful admin website and is clunky to use. There are almost no options for customization.
