Booz Allen Managed Threat Services (MTS) vs. LevelBlue Managed Security Services vs. Windstream Managed Network Security

The company has become a true believer in Trustwave services because they ensured the solution we implemented addressed our specific requirements. Adopting this platform provided significant improvement in visibility with a user-friendly dashboard and now the company can take greater control internally when investigating an alert and analyzing data over time

Windstream is a widely available option for VPLS and other connectivity requirements. However, I believe they need to work on providing better notification and support of outages, service, etc. These services are also incredibly expensive, Windstream portrays a worthwhile service to accommodate your check every month, but it falls short. Windstream is available everywhere, but tread carefully when selecting a company that offers similar services.

• Market to all types of business needs
• Provide the Service we need
• They are widely available across the US

• There is no option to include rules type functions, which would be very useful to save configuration time.
• The support is not as helpful as I would like, nor its documentation.
• A friendly graphical interface would be very well accepted.

Windstream was the only option for what we needed. It was available in Wisconsin, Iowa, New York, and Utah for all of our plants needs. It was also a service that has been used for years so we have not searched elsewhere for an alternative option. Many people have heard of Windstream, which gives it crediblity with IT professionals

• We have achieved increase in customer trust and distinguished the company from our main rival
• Freed the company's roughly 10 employees to focus on expanding the business internationally
