Likelihood to Recommend I already recommend Brightflag to anyone and everyone who processes invoices. There is a lot of information and data that comes on these invoices, and having a system that streamlines the information in one place has been extremely useful for a department that is a cost center and needs a quick way to justify every spend.
Read full review If your organization needs to report to clients or other departments on a regular basis, then Sage Timeslips will help you create those reports. It contains all the client data you want it to, time spent for that client and every invoice ever created for that client. You can easily open a new client, close or suspend that client, and then open it again if necessary just with one click.

I would like the program to be more intuitive with self-correcting verbiage. Read full review Usability Super easy to set up and use. The interface is intuitive, but it's worth spending some time getting used to seeing where the different "file cabinets" are located. I recommend having one person dedicated to the day-to-day management of the platform (separate from the reviewers and approvers), someone who just manages to upload the invoices, setting up new vendors, liaising with BF Support, but cross-training everyone who uses it on the broad functions.

They are quick to respond, quick to troubleshoot, and quick to offer suggestions on workarounds for things that might still be in the works (or unique to us). That level of agility and can-do attitude is what I needed in a partner like this.
Read full review I have not had to use Timeslips support, but I know our Office Manager has had to use them from time to time. She reports that they are quite helpful, but are always suggesting we purchase an upgrade to our current program.
Read full review Alternatives Considered A law firm I previously worked at used ProLaw to enter our firm's billing, sending out bills and doing reports. I only entered time using ProLaw, so I cannot go into much detail about it. However, Sage Timeslips can do a lot more than ProLaw, and it is a lot easier to enter new cases, enter time and expenses and run reports compared to ProLaw.
