Sure, the developer has to do the initial implementation but once that's done (took us about a day) then literally anyone else can create content. It has saved us a bunch of time not having to build and maintain a homegrown solution. Despite the plugin and Web App being a bit clunky, overall it has been a positive experience. I've especially appreciated the help from the support team. They've always responded to me within a day and come up with creative solutions for what I'm trying to do. Alternatives Considered	Caphyon Bytes Route is simpler to use than the above competitors. It also has a cheaper price. It provides the bare minimum to create a tour, but this is sometimes better than having a bloated menu full of options that are confusing to understand how to use.
