Bytes Route vs. Userpilot

Bytes Route is very well suited for startups or small companies that want to provide their customers with a quick onboarding session that gets them acquainted with their app. It can also be used to provide on-demand tours for users that want to learn how to perform some specific actions, such as changing an account setting or changing something in their profile/dashboard, things that might be buried within multiple menus

Userpilot is very handy for those companies looking for a solution that can be implemented by someone other than a developer. Sure, the developer has to do the initial implementation but once that's done (took us about a day) then literally anyone else can create content. It has saved us a bunch of time not having to build and maintain a homegrown solution.

Despite the plugin and Web App being a bit clunky, overall it has been a positive experience. I've especially appreciated the help from the support team. They've always responded to me within a day and come up with creative solutions for what I'm trying to do. I've learned from my interactions with them that though it may not be as intuitive as you'd like, there's usually a solution.

Bytes Route is simpler to use than the above competitors. It also has a cheaper price. It provides the bare minimum to create a tour, but this is sometimes better than having a bloated menu full of options that are confusing to understand how to use. It also helps that it provides an extensive documentation
