They have staff that understand the fund accounting software they support and can help when you call in. I have not found anything that was less appropriate with Capital Business Services. They offer free webinars to topics that are relevant to our not for profit organization.

Zenledger is best utilized as a tool for compiling and aggregating multiple crypto based transactions as well as to better understand the complex topics of blockchain technology and how they affect ones tax position. We used another provider not listed for our MIP Fund Accounting. Capital Business Services provides excellent service and does not make you wait for a solution. Our previous provider could not solve several small issues that Capital Business Services solved after switching to them.
