Cardknox vs. Dwolla

We use Cardknox differently than I imagine most people would. For example, we do not use their client database feature, as we have all that stored in our medical system. Another type of business would likely find that feature a big help. We are very pleased with Cardknox's service and support, which is not often required.

If you need to move money using ACH then Dwolla is the number 1 choice. Highly recommend. We shopped several potential partners and Dwolla was better across the board. I count the Dwolla team and my team - they're always there to help and always go above and beyond to help us.

We have a dedicated Slack channel with multiple team members from across the organization: product, legal and compliance, technology. We have a dedicated relationship manager. Super super responsive. We are so pleased.

We have used other card processors, but in my opinion, Cardknox is in another league. Their product works; it is easy to install; it is constantly being improved, and they have great support.

• Patients are much more secure giving us their credit card information since we have switched to using Cardknox. They even have the option of entering it themselves to reduce any risk of the number being overheard to zero.
• It is much faster and smoother to find and charge a card when necessary.

• Without Dwolla, we would have to invest a lot more of our company resources and time into accomplishing something that can take as little as 15 minutes. Dwolla's integration is almost invaluable to us.
