Cardknox vs. HighRadius Accounts Receivable

We use Cardknox differently than I imagine most people would. For example, we do not use their client database feature, as we have all that stored in our medical system. Another type of business would likely find that feature a big help. We are very pleased with Cardknox's service and support, which is not often required.

[HighRadius Collections Cloud] is well suited for [a] multitude of businesses. It's a well-versed system that uses your current data to help drive automation with the receivables. [It] also uses analytics to help drive forecasting. Businesses need to realize [their] data is what drives [the] program, so [they] need to ensure [the] dataset is valid before trying to convert over to [HighRadius Collections Cloud]. Existing ERP is driving what [HighRadius Collections Cloud] can or can not do.

• Every product can be improved, but as it relates to how we use Cardknox, they do everything we need.

Cardknox is very user friendly. Patients young and old, tech savvy to technologically challenged, have all been able to use it!

We have direct access to their support team. They have 24/7 support and are always able to help when we contact them

We have used other card processors, but in my opinion, Cardknox is in another league. Their product works; it is easy to install; it is constantly being improved, and they have great support.

[HighRadius Collections Cloud] encompasses several modules that interact with one another. This allows the data to talk between the different modules, this [is] one of the main strengths of [HighRadius Collections Cloud].

• Patients are much more secure giving us their credit card information since we have switched to using Cardknox. They even have the option of entering it themselves to reduce any risk of the number being overheard to zero.
• It is much faster and smoother to find and charge a card when necessary.

• Allowed us to better segment customer accounts
