Cardknox vs. PayU

We use Cardknox differently than I imagine most people would. For example, we do not use their client database feature, as we have all that stored in our medical system. Another type of business would likely find that feature a big help. We are very pleased with Cardknox's service and support, which is not often required.

Payu is extremely affordable. It is great for small businesses which are just starting out. It doesn't have a minimum orders caveat. It doesn't ask for any upfront costs or annual or monthly costs. The only cost you will ever pay is processing fee. I strongly recommend every e-commerce website must try it

• Every product can be improved, but as it relates to how we use Cardknox, they do everything we need.

Cardknox is very user friendly. Patients young and old, tech savvy to technologically challenged, have all been able to use it!

We have direct access to their support team. They have 24/7 support and are always able to help when we contact them

We have used other card processors, but in my opinion, Cardknox is in another league. Their product works; it is easy to install; it is constantly being improved, and they have great support.

• Patients are much more secure giving us their credit card information since we have switched to using Cardknox. They even have the option of entering it themselves to reduce any risk of the number being overheard to zero.
• It is much faster and smoother to find and charge a card when necessary.

• Our revenues have increased by at least 10%
• Our abandoned carts have reduced by at least 15% as the failure due to payment page have reduced
• We have a better website ranking as we get a high quality backing from Payu. This is good from SEO standpoint
