CareerPlug vs. Hireology

If you're looking to hire but don't want to have it be an all consuming portion of your job, CareerPlug is great! The automation behind it has been so helpful to us

The advantages have been striking, the hiring process is now much simpler than it was in the past, and we have been able to hire individuals who have formed a strong bond with the team as a whole, adapted to our entire system, and have been the pioneers in improving our work significantly. A better product is thus available for all kinds of organisations.

• CareerPlug should have a training manual.
• There should be an easier way to add leaves and incentives
• Interface should be more precise.

• The mobile app is user friendly but still doesn't allow for some of the functions of the live site
• The ability to schedule emails and texts is needed
• Sponsor jobs to specific job boards

CareerPlug is cost efficient as compared to the other HR software. its easy to use and it can handle a lot more then other referred software.

I don't have much to compare Hireology to other than posting on different job boards. Hireology is better because one post does it all!
