CareerPlug vs. PageUp

If you're looking to hire but don't want to have it be an all consuming portion of your job, CareerPlug is great! The automation behind it has been so helpful to us

I think it can be very helpful and generate great ROI if you are a big company with a lot of recruitment processes running. It provides a centralized management view and a lot of resources/features. It can be too much and become hard to manage if you have spot and urgent demands, since it takes time to start getting results from the system, considering its learning curve.

• Posting jobs to multiple job boards
• Sending candidate communications through the interviewing/hiring process
• Saving and managing job templates
• Customizing the interview/hiring process
• Providing reporting and data

• It has the ability to be easy to use and has multiple components that make it easy to quickly find employees.
• I really enjoy using PageUp because once you're trained in it, it's very easy to use.
• It's especially strong in being able to organize manage positions and you're able to put as much information as you need on the job descriptions.

• CareerPlug should have a training manual.
• There should be an easier way to add leaves and incentives
• Interface should be more precise.

• At first reporting and analytics were a bit confusing, but then we got used to it.
• It would be great to have tools to make easier the deployment of simple and quick recruitment process, reducing the learning curve to use the product.
• A version in Portuguese would make everything easier for us.

CareerPlug is cost efficient as compared to the other HR software. its easy to use and it can handle a lot more then other referred software.

• Reduced monthly recruiting cost by 75%

• Positive: centralized and more efficient management process
• Positive: cost saving when compared to other traditional recruitment processes
• Negative: learning curve and time to deploy, especially if users are not very experienced with recruitment processes
