CareerSiteBuilder vs. FREY Municipal Software

If you have a job opening or a high turn around rate like we do. (we are a staffing company) [CareerSiteBuilder] is a great place to to start. It is affordable and reaches hundreds of potential employees. When you search resumes sometimes when you enter keywords you have to play around with it to find the right phrasing. Its not difficult just time consuming.

If you are a municipality/municipal authority this is a great solution for billing your residents/customers. This software was developed specifically for the Public Sector. For our organization, the integration of this software solution was pretty seamless. The offerings provided by Frey Municipal Software (CUBIC) are likely best suited for a larger municipality (2,500 pop. and above). You will need appropriately trained staff to implement and use it.

We evaluated software solutions such as MuniBilling and Utility Billing but were impressed with the comprehensive billing solution and customer service offered by Frey through its CUBIC package.

• We have been able to present MORE candidates to our clients in the staffing industry, and therefore fill more positions.
• We are able to find MORE QUALIFIED candidates using search features, to in turn fill more direct-hire positions.
• We have to pay or Career Builder for thousands of people, so that takes away from ROI.

• Time Management (very efficient solution for utility/municipal billing).
• Frey's customer service and training offerings keep our staff sharp.
• Customer capture and annual revenues have increased year over year since Frey's adoption.
