CareerSiteBuilder vs. Quickbooks Workforce

If you have a job opening or a high turn around rate like we do. (we are a staffing company) [CareerSiteBuilder] is a great place to to start. It is affordable and reaches hundreds of potential employees. When you search resumes sometimes when you enter keywords you have to play around with it to find the right phrasing. Its not difficult just time consuming.

Much of the front-end employee onboarding is handled via a simple link. Further, when the employees have questions about their time, schedule, pay stubs, etc., they know they can log in to Workforce and 9 times out of 10 get the answer to their question. It has saved me a lot of time in that aspect.

• Time off requests can get a little confusing, especially for hourly employees who may not be scheduled for 8 hours, but the default time off is set to 8 hours. I wish it matched their schedules because I have to correct time balances a lot.

Very easy and intuitive to use. Easy to get people started without a steep learning curve. Able to track changes.

Quickbooks Online Payroll is so much simpler, better suited for business with regular salary or hourly employees that do not have different work schedules

• We have been able to present MORE candidates to our clients in the staffing industry, and therefore fill more positions.
• We are able to find MORE QUALIFIED candidates using search features, to in turn fill more direct-hire positions.
• We have to pay or Career Builder for thousands of people, so that takes away from ROI.
