Caypro vs. Manatal

I would definitely recommend it to my fellows as it is very efficent to use. It’s cost efficent and it is adding some new features related to salary calculation which are way better then any other tool currently available in market.

Its suitable for almost every size of company.

It reduces a lot of managemt work .

Storage of applicants data for tracking their profiles for relevant openings through metadata tagging, interview management and job listing locations scouting and best ways to post them are a few scenarios where we found that Manatal is suited very well.

• It’s real beast for onboarding process.
• It have a very good system of managing staff.
• It’s also great for assigning tasks.

• ATS and CRM are all in one app.
• Automated handling of duplicate candidates.
• Job board postings on LinkedIn can be done automatically.
• It's very simple to use.
• Career page with the ability to be customized.
• There are too many good things about this to list here.

• It’s attendance system need a little improvement. It has a good interface but it’s very basic.
• It should add some new feature like assigning leave to new employees.
• It should a module for advance salary.

• The user interface could be a bit more user friendly

First of all, there is an hands on live training after you submit your interest form. The account manager for you will explain in language of choice (in our case: Thai). Then, there is an ongoing support and online repository for how to guielines. And all the guidance materials are described in graphics so it's pretty easy to learn. But yeah, the first video live training, you need to focus 100% to get the most in the shortest time!

They are very helpful and reply within a couple of minutes.

I would always recommend Caypro over AccuRecruiter or even every other tool because of its price and functionality. It’s cheaper then any other tool and it’s easy to use. Plus they are also adding new features related to advance salary, so it will be benifical for employees as well as management for processing

Manatal fits best when it comes to job requisition and candidate management, though platforms like ZipRecruiter are used widely in the industry, Manatal still has some features which make it an outstanding system like resume parsing to find the apt skill set of candidates for matching them with the job.
