Celayix vs. Kanbanchi for G Suite

This is software that will be very useful for all companies since they will be able to control the entries and exits of their employees in their jobs, the hours worked, shift changes, and everything related to the performance of the staff. They will not have to worry about personnel planning because the software will do it.

• If you need transparency around your workloads the product is great as it is easy to use and visually tells a story.

• The control of time and absences, allows us to keep all payroll, payments, and control of days worked, in order.
• Its interface is very intuitive and easy to master, we do not need technical service for installation or use.
• The activities that can be programmed automatically, such as alarms, mailings, and other activities, and facilitates daily work.

• Great for supporting SCRUM as part of Agile deliveries. We use the ToDo, Doing and Done and build GANNT charts to facilitate resource planning.
• We use it at a department level to manage workloads and help staff know what work is waiting for them and the relative priority.
• We have deployed it across the organisation and also work with suppliers and offshore development teams to coordinate activities.

• The no guarantee of temporary employees returning to work is a big concern and accountability is difficult

• Occasionally hangs at login but this may be to do with our authentication service.
• It would be nice when grouping cards together if there was an option to lay them over each other in a fan arrangement.

We were given a dedicated customer service rep that is there whenever we need them. Emails are answered within hours and the knowledge base they have has many of the answers including easy to follow how-to's. We haven't run into any issues that can't be solved in less than 24 hours.

Celayix is a flexible and powerful employee scheduling tool with a secure online cloud used to create and edit schedules. It is the very best automated scheduling solution that allows us to manage the workforce digitally and it is a great resource for any organization.

We have used MS Project previously but ended up doing things in spreadsheets so KanBanchi has bridged this gap for us

• We needed to automate much of the shift allocations and this solution did it.
• The solution we picked had to have integrations such as Salesforce and Celayix has that.

• We have seen great value in our planning for Agile deliveries especially when applying it to SCRUM.
• Using the product we have found it quickly surfaces resource constraints and blockers when planning for projects.
