Celigo vs. Trisotech Digital Enterprise Suite

If you need to connect NetSuite to some other platform or application, you should reach for Celigo. It is a true Integration Platform. I can write code and build integrations from scratch, but they will never be as solid as what Celigo already has built. Also, Celigo gives non-developers superpowers. In NetSuite, it can be used as an alternative to SuiteScripting.

In my experience, Trisotech Digital Enterprise Suite works well as a tool used by business analyts, process experts, and technology based teams who manage knowledge centrally. In my opinion, it does not work great as a fully fledged knowledge management system with wiki articles, decentralised knowledge management, and governance. Using Trisotech Digital Enterprise Suite with SharePoint, Confluence, or a similar tool would work better, however there are downsides to this approach.

• Documentation has gotten better over the years, but could improve.
• Marketing efforts could be greater. Its a terrific product that people should know about
• More webinars could be helpful to show how folks are saving time and money.

There is a bit of a learning curve, but not bad. Once you get a flow or two under your belt, there will be no stopping you. You will start to see possibilities and ways to apply automation and integration throughout your business. It becomes fun to look for additional ways to save money, time, and improve accuracy

Despite Trisotech Digital Enterprise Suite's great set of features, it's fit will depend on the structure of your business, how you operate, and more importantly - how you want to operate. For us it doesn't provide a complete solution, as we desire to decentralise knowledge management approach with a modern, easy to use system.

Celigo handles errors much much better. Celigo stores templates all in one place making them much easier to find. Celigo interacts with your database as you are working allowing you to pull picklist values right from your db Celigo does not upsert large datasets as quickly and can take quite some time

Trisotech Digital Enterprise Suite thrives as a process modelling tool, however, in my opinion, it does not compete with SharePoint, which remains a key platform in knowledge management due to it's modern design, ease of use, and ability to customise and manage permissions and sharing easily. I think Process Manager from Nintext also provides better tools for managing knowledge.
