Overall Satisfaction with Celigo integrator.io
We use Celigo for every internal integration. It's used for sales orders, customer payments, Zendesk customer support tickets, shipment tracking, database data migration, email sends to customers, etc... It allows all our internal systems to communicate with each other instead of being siloed. For example, to proactively solve customer pain points and issues, we track all of our packages with AfterShip and then create Zendesk support tickets if there is an issue with the package transit. Our customers love the proactive messaging so they feel like we are taking care of them every step of the way.
- Previewing data transformations and scripts in real time
- Ability to retry data and manage errors when something goes wrong
- Pre built apps for quick implementation
- EDI transactions are difficult to setup and use
- FTP transactions can be slow when using them for a lot of volume
- Adding additional sales channels for our eCommerce business which drove additional sales
- Real time inventory updates to website to limit overselling
- Operational efficiencies by no longer having to manually input data
