At [...] we use Trisotech Digital Enterprise Suite as a business process modelling tool, this includes business logic and process flows, business rules, modelling this and creating consistent process across the business. There is a desire to expand it to be a full knowledge management solution, however it's unlikely to fit will for this use case.
