Our brief experience with Certa was great overall. We liked the many options it provided, and saw how easily it could help manage our company's needs. However, the app was not as intuitive to work our way through, especially for those in our company that are not tech savvy. The onboarding function was what I was most excited about while using it. The dashboard made it super easy to see the overview of a project and know the next steps that need to be taken, and help get everyone on the same page without having to send emails, calls or texts to give updates. However, when deciding whether to continue with Certa or go a different route, the choice was hard, but he had enough employees struggling and unsure on the app that made the end decision

Because it is fully customizable, we felt like there were too many options. Having more of a basic template for like-minded industries would be helpful.
Maneuvering around the app was not as easy as I'd hoped. We have several employees that aren't tech savvy, and it was hard getting them to use the app.
Some users find the user interface to be complex, particularly for new users. Simplifying the interface and providing more user-friendly navigation could enhance the overall user experience.
Customization Challenges:
Customizing certain aspects of the system, such as reports or templates, can be challenging. A more intuitive customization process would empower users to tailor the system to their specific needs more easily.
Learning Curve:
The platform has a steeper learning curve for some users, especially those less familiar with advanced procurement tools. Improved onboarding resources and training materials could help users get up to speed more quickly.
UI is good from tech perspective Customisations and personalisations are very intuitive and allows user to make the maximum usaage of the dashboard. Integrations with existing systems matters a lot for large enterprises. Training and support is very crucial. Mobile availability enhances the overall customer experience. Feedback is underrated but comapnies take it very seriously now a days.
Customer support has always been top notch. From small configuration changes to overall process changes, support has the teammates in place with excellent knowledge and is able to provide solutions based on business challenges quickly. Their customer support through their Account teams continues to be hands on and very responsive to needs in a timely fashion.
We actually ended up picking JobNimbus over Certa only because we had employees that were already familier with JN and felt comfortable navigating and assisting other coworkers. It came down to JN and Certa and that was the only reason we didn't go with Certa. They were very comparable, but the few employees that are not tech savvy were having difficulties navigating Certa. I would not be opposed to using Certa in the future or recommending it to other companies.

The contract software was great. We were spending money each month to have certified contracts signed and drawn up. Certa did a great job at including this feature, saving money overall.
Once all documents and contacts are inputted, so much time and effort would be saved. We would no longer need to call, email or follow up with each other to verify that tasks were completed.
We saved nearly 10% of planned costs due to the large database of vendors we created within the company as a whole.
Saving in time due to shortening of procurement cycles. Procurement activities were never on the critical path and were accomplished with less Supply Chain resources than originally planned.
In the process we created a huge database of Vendors and Pricing which well be beneficial in our future projects.
It is an excellent tool and just what are business required and could afford.
