Checkbook.io vs. HighRadius Accounts Receivable

[HighRadius Collections Cloud] is well suited for [a] multitude of businesses. It's a well-versed system that uses your current data to help drive automation with the receivables. [It] also uses analytics to help drive forecasting. Businesses need to realize [their] data is what drives [the] program, so [they] need to ensure [the] dataset is valid before trying to convert over to [HighRadius Collections Cloud]. Existing ERP is driving what [HighRadius Collections Cloud] can or can not do.

"Support" takes way too long and they never seem to be able to fix the issues. Personally, I think the support departments name should be changed to "State Your Issues and We Will Take Our Sweet Time Getting Back To You and We Will Never Truly Fix Your Issues"

[HighRadius Collections Cloud] encompasses several modules that interact with one another. This allows the data to talk between the different modules, this [is] one of the main strengths of [HighRadius Collections Cloud].
