It's ok for personal use but for business use, it is begging to become a terrible system. We used it for 5 years and after that, we have decided to move to a different system, upon export of the information we started looking at and our database of contacts was so messed up with contacts merged together that don't belong together. So as our database was so corrupted we had to start over with new contact lists and rebuild everything again. I would not recommend this software unless you have your own IT department that can fix things themselves. Verified User Read full review
