Support Rating	Chime When my money was stolen from my account I was told there would be an investigation between 15-45 days. They didn't investigate at all. Alternatives Considered	Chime First of all, Chime Online Banking is really the best option for new users. The User Interface and User Experience of the Chime app are really great. There are comparatively faster money transactions with Chime Online Banking and it has no fees at all. It is more reliable. It also allows you to lock your card if it is stolen or lost which is a great feature. At last, it is more rewarding than other online banking services with a great team of customer grievances.
