• Email tracking through the SMA is a breeze, so if you have specific users that are having problems in the receipt of emails, research into the problem is quick and easy.

Cisco TAC support is very good since they have engineers available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Important to mention that you must have the support of the solution enabled to be able to receive a response from TAC and that we can be taken care of. The only drawback may be that they will not be able to see settings of the email provider you use.

It compares strongly to competitors with the granular protection (with the AI-powered Cisco Talos protection), particularly in large and hybrid environments. There is greater scalability, deeper control, and a high degree of compatibility with our Cisco infrastructure. The deployment is straightforward in the Cisco environment, so the choice over competitors is pretty clear.

• Data breaches and data loss can be extremely detrimental to any company. So far this security tool has been a great investment in preventing any form of data compromise.
