Well Suited - Attendance and Leave Management, Claims Reimbursements , Payroll Management Less suited - I dont find such instances where it is less suited as an HRMS is made like an HRMS

Expense Management is not what I will ask anyone to implement, it has a lot of scope of improvement in the system. Reporting structure and the approval structure of the expense management is not good at all. Even [if] you upload the expenses in cloud software, you will have to repeat the entire process to executive the expense.

The performance of the HROne HRMS is good and it never lets you down. Reporting is always done on time. Pages are uploaded in friction of second and hardly there is a time when the system was down or slow
