ClickLearn vs. SAP Learning Hub

Even though ClickLearn is quite a handy tool, it takes time to create new records, or more like modifying those to be suitable for use. Also, when I have had questions about ClickLearn and considering that the software is for generating for example manuals, I have struggled with finding solutions to cases from the ClickLearn site. For example how to enable/disable Assistant -functionality. Had two private sessions, with two different support persons, getting two different ways to do things. Not good.

There is really no other place where you can have access to the most updated SAP products and releases than on a learning journey. The cost is also more accessible. The self-paced learning.

• Provides different methods of delivery (text, video, try-me).

• Detailed and Effective learning Journeys.
• Tracking of learning progress.
• Online examination options.

• It would be nice to take a couple of seconds off screen capture

• A place to 'favorite' learning journeys or certifications we would like to do later.
• Better search functionality.
• Better classification of programs.

It's quite easy to use, but there can be improvements to the placement of things and to how to navigate to certain courses or certifications. There are too many ways to do the same thing, which means we sometimes get lost along the way.

Very different, so they cannot be compared.

• Help is received faster.
• New customers created faster - Quoting faster made possible.
