Overall Satisfaction with ClickLearn
It’s being used for a D365 fin ops rollout to create training materials to support the user base. It’s a great easy to use tool that is able to support all areas of the business. The intention is that this will become the tool of choice going forwards for the business.
- Switching languages
- Creating supporting training documents
- Video recordings
- Templates for materials
- It would be nice to take a couple of seconds off screen capture
- Ease of use
- Screen capture
- Storage of completed materials
- Currently, impact is not known as sys has yet to go live but for the authors, they all think it’s a superior tool for the production of materials
