I have not had to use Pirate Ship's customer support because their product is wonderful and easy to use. I am sure based on the quality of their product that their customer service is also fantastic

ClickPost in my observation is far better than Easyship. With the latter we faced a lot of issues such as improper courier tracking, no customer support, no explanations and the likes whereas with ClickPost these problems are completely gone with live courier tracking, allocation and management. So in summation ClickPost is a good solution for courier management.
