This is the best solution we got for tracking all type of teams. Field, office, site based teams and remote teams too. the reports are great to get insights. You can actually watch in real time all the team members where they logged in, what task they are working (signed in for), and if they are on the relevant job site

Unanet is a great system and has really helped our managers gain more insight to their projects. We have faster timesheet completion rates which leads to faster billing. We have been very happy with the system but there are some trial and error scenarios where it takes us some time to actually get the data needed or use the system the way we need it to be utilized. Thankfully they do have a great support staff that assists with issues as they arise.

• The time keeping component works well. It gives a level of confidentiality we did not have in our previous home grown system.
• We are able to set up projects based on a number of criteria, allowing us to differentiate for reporting purposes.
• We can easily import billing information into our Financial system from Unanet, when previously we would manually enter this information.

• Would like to be able to search for users by first name as well as last name.

The support of Unanet is incredible, A simple email to their support team always gets a response in less than 24 hours and is really solutions focused. Unanet support is the best out there- guaranteed

We evaluated Timeero and Clockify, but chose ClockShark because its GPS tracking and scheduling features felt much more robust for field-based teams. The interface is highly intuitive, making it a smoother transition for our workforce compared to the other platforms.

We were used to Deltek's Costpoint from the prior company and Unanet is far easier to use for users, accounting personnel, project managers, and corporate managers. Continuous enhancements lead us to believe that Unanet will be even better in meeting our needs.
