• Workato and Zapier integration works well - we can connect Filevine to a multitude of other platforms and services
• Texting and faxing is available across the entire platform
• Integration with Vinesign for e-signature completion

• It is often hard to create complex reports, or find field names.
• The attachments are often just sitting in the docs section without organization.
• Setting up templates isn't easy, but they pull in data fine. The mail merge function doesn't support if/then logic. Pronouns are not automatic.
• It just needs to be more affordable. It is built to push you to buy third-party services rather than use its own capabilities.

It's worth our investment, we've reached a 75% ROI within the last 3 years, it was not easy but we feel that we succeeded, 75% it was not from one day to the other, it was a huge effort delivered from everyone in our organization and now we're living our dream.

I think for support staff and attorneys it is very easy to use but that really all depends on your admin and how your firm chooses to set it up and the tabs. Usability from an admin standpoint is completely different.

Their live video chat support is a good resource, but often the problem cannot be resolved through this chat, and then promises to have someone follow up are almost always dropped. Filevine fails to make corrections for glitches or missing basic functions.

Filevine charged a lot for implementation, both directly to Filevine and their partners, but they failed to deliver on what was promised

I have not used any other system before and I cannot imagine myself using any other one. I am used to the layout and overall whole design of Filevine so I hope I don't have to switch to a different system any time soon or ever in the coming future
