It is avery obvious solutions to the quality management. Through this it is very easy to trace the desired output data. We can easily handle the inspection data sampling data occurance data etc.

- Patient portal allows us to send results directly to the patient, which is a must-have for laboratories going forward.
- Support is very responsive and helpful. You will always hear back from them in a timely fashion, often with a solution in hand.
- Very configurable. The system is well-designed, and most changes that need to be made can be done by the end-user.
- Product lifecycle is quick. We can request a complex feature update and have it be turned around in a matter of weeks.

  • See i have not two vast expertise on that because i have use this since last couple of years. So i could not say so much about it. But i will share some issues which i faced recently
  • During implementation we are trying to merge this with sap. So idoc is not functioning in correct manner. Sometimes it will not able to trace the received idoc.
  • During creation of sublots for sap sometimes batches are splitting with the given direction. So we need to do this manually in sap
  • The updation time is quite high about 20 mins it should be definitely reduced

They have some advantages like maintaining the quality data in more effective way. We doesn't bother the procedures were used and also it has the ability to store the physical examination data.

Not really a fair comparison, as one is an extremely old, modules-based system that is installed onsite, whereas the other is a modern, cloud-based solution that provides the entire gamut of functionalities in-house. The support structure is also different in that the support for portals is separated out from the main support for the software. That was not a great experience
