- To conduct a preliminary assessment round when there are multiple candidates to choose from. Helps you to filter out candidates on the basis of requirements. - The questions that are assigned for each test are different, so the probability of any two candidates getting the exact same questions is very less. -However, the questions are based on the same concepts so as to provide an equal ground to all the candidates.- However, if you have to choose from less number of candidates you are better off conducting normal interviews, as these tests are time-consuming for both interviewers and employers.

It is well suited for doing a pre screening of candidates on certain assessments. Whenever you post a requirement, you get lot of applications, so the initial screening on the technical skills can be done by giving them a skilled assessment, which will help us to filter candidates better and this also saves the time of the actual interviews as they would get better screened candidates.

• Coding challenges selection based on skill sets
• MCQ selection from the library based on skill sets
• Adding marks for each question
• Ordering the questions in the assessment

• Code editor should be more responsive for auto suggestions
• Practice environment should be located in such a way that it should be found easily
• A transparent and publicly available pricing

We did use other option other than CoderPad. Before CoderPad we were using references for hiring but then again the whole process of assessment was not easy. It takes time. CoderPad came to our lives through a reference and since then it has somewhat changed the way we see hiring.

• 10 working hours saved weekly which used to be spent on interviews
• Approximately 3 employees worth of manpower is saved
• The benefit of allowing assessment in multiple languages allowed the interviewee to concentrate on evaluation on the basis of underlying concepts
