Cofense Phishing Defense Center (PDC) has saved our team copious amounts of time that we would usually have to spend sifting through all of the hundreds of emails that are reported each day. Having a dedicated team to sort the true positives from the false positives gives ample amount of time to triage the more severe threats that have been reported.

This is because upgrades and improvement in software play a very important role, as with upgrades, a user feels connected with the platform. This was the only appliance of its kind that I have used. Other devices have different capabilities for web filtering such as the checkpoint firewalls, but none of them offered the overall solution that was deployed with this product at that time.
