The app has enabled us to steadily increase our business by continuously personalizing our customers' experience.   • We have multiple locations so the billing is a challenge for me. I receive one bill and have to break it down by location.
  • Some of the sections on the dashboard are hard to navigate.

We were considering several loyalty platforms and Como had the most positive attributes for our needs. Como is integrated with our POS system which was one of the biggest selling points for us. It's just one extra step to attach Como to a sale at the POS, points and rewards are all right their on the customer display kiosk for our customers to redeem. No credit cards are required for our customers to use the app and loyalty program, others platforms require a credit card to be attached to the customers account whether they can make in-app purchases or not.
