Comodo Antivirus vs. SentiOne

Comodo [Antivirus] is able to use advanced technology against any kind of virus and malware which is very effective and authentic. It scans smoothly and is able to detect any kind of major or minor malware which is awesome. We highly recommend this tool for malware protection for almost all companies irrespective of their size and number of departments as it is ideal for all.

• It keeps on checking our important files.
• It is effective against malware.

• Its working speed is amazing.

• Customer support of SentiOne is not up to mark.
• They need to be more accessible and responsive to our questions instead of making us hold for hours and do not provide any solution which is tiring and less professional.
• Customer support needs a lot of attention and has more knowledge about the platform to be helpful.

I have interacted with them several times, and I'm not giving them a 10 because they never blew my mind how good they were, but they certainly met my high expectations and helped us resolve all issues we had. We paid for support to help us set it up, and I think that was a good choice. There's a very steep learning curve at first with the initial configuration. We feel confident in being able to change everything now that we have been using it, but initially it was all a very new thing to us since we never had used a centrally managed Antivirus and Firewall program before.

AVG antivirus was a bit expensive tool offering the same features as that in Comodo but unfortunately, the working speed of AVG Business edition was not as fast as of Comodo and the way Comodo is efficient against Malware is unmatchable and it automatically removes the threats so we don't have to put any effort into this.

SentiOne is a major part of our organization. We are solving a lot of problems in the organization by using SentiOne. It has been operational in our organization for a long time and has a great find for us all in all. I like that feature that it gives me all information about new mentions to my inbox every day and informs me about it which gives day-to-day insights, change or update strategies.

• An efficient way for the removal of malware completely with protection.

• The best feature that I like the most and have been using for a long time that its analytical section is up to mark.
• When I open the analytical section it gives me the all insights of my audience including their gender, location, days when most of the mentions are published which is great to have. It is best to have more marketing wins as it does not limit the searches of keywords.
• This helps to search multiple phrases connected with a marketing strategy which is life and most recent in trends.
