Compligo vs. Intelex EHSQ

Compligo is well used for a larger organization that needs to track compliance and trainings. It has a vast library of trainings which you can assign and track completions across your organization. It can also help tracking current and previous pay plans for employees. Compligo would most likely not be appropriate for smaller organizations who do not need to track so many people. It may not also be as appropriate for companies located in states with less laws or compliances as far as training and record retention.

I would caution colleagues to make sure the system does what they need it to do and get it all in writing.

• Implementation process is very difficult unless you are using the product out of the box
• Licensing model is frustrating but they are willing to be flexible to make things work

We just upgrade the document control application from V5 to V6. There are still quite a bit of issues left unresolved.

We felt Intelex was more user friendly and provided the services we were seeking in a system. We evaluated all applications vs. our company needs and wants.
